All bookings are final and non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and you may lose your deposit.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your appointment, we will do our best to provide you with as much notice as possible. We will either offer you a full refund or reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.
